Appellants 402 Lone Star Property, LLC and Craig Otto, and Appellee Barry Bradford, jointly move to dismiss this appeal. The parties state they have settled their dispute in full. They ask this court to vacate the trial court's July 1, 2016 judgment, vacate this court's November 29, 2017 opinion and its associated corrected judgment, and dismiss this appeal.

The parties' joint motion is granted. In accordance with the parties' agreement, we vacate the trial court's July 1, 2016 judgment, we withdraw our November 29, 2017 opinion and corrected judgment, and we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1, 43.2(f); Caballero v. Heart of Tex. Pizza, L.L.C., 70 S.W.3d 180, 181 (Tex. App.—San Antonio 2001, no pet.) (en banc) (per curiam).
