An appeal and cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 28, 2018, And defendant-appellant-respondent having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect its appeal taken from the aforesaid order (M-6882), And plaintiffs-respondents-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their cross appeal from the aforesaid order (M-7315), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal to the February 2020 Term (M-6882/M-7315).
