DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 3, 2014, which, among other things, denied his motion for leave to reargue his prior motion to vacate an order of this court dated September 23, 2013, which dismissed his appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 23, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
