Motion to dispense with printing granted insofar as to permit the appeal taken by plaintiffs-appellants from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on August 11, 1961, to be heard upon the original record and exhibits filed with this court on the prior appeal, and upon six typewritten copies of the supplemental record containing all papers and proceedings which are material to this appeal, with service of one additional copy of the supplemental record on the attorney for respondents, on condition that the appeal is perfected for the January 1962 Term of this court. The original exhibits are to be filed with the Clerk of this court on or before the Wednesday preceding the first day of the January 1962 Term.
