TRESPASS, § 10 — cutting another's shade trees, damages. In action for damages for cutting down six shade trees in front of an apartment building lower court erred in finding for plaintiff but awarding damages of $1, where the parties had stipulated that $84 would be the value of the trees, and judgment should have been entered for latter amount.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. MICHAEL TREMKO, presiding.
Judgment reversed and judgment here for plaintiff and against defendants in the sum of $84. Heard in second division, first district, this court at December term, 1940.
