MEMORANDUM OPINION


Stephen L. Davis appealed the forfeiture of his car used by his brother to commit a crime. On April 18, 2005, the Clerk of this Court notified Davis that an appellant's brief had not been filed and warned Davis that if a brief was not filed within 30 days, the appeal would be dismissed.

Thirty days have passed, and no brief has been filed.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b), (c).
