An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 21, 2016, And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, and to amend the current caption to reflect the caption and index number for the underlying consolidated action,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the October 2017 Term, and the caption is amended, as indicated.
