DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 21, 2014, for an order directing the release of funds on deposit.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the New York City Department of Finance is directed to release the funds on deposit in this matter to respondent 1673 Nostrand Avenue, LLC, less any lawful fees.
