DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant-respondent on an appeal and cross appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 28, 2015, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 12, 2016. Cross motion by respondent-appellant to dismiss the appeal and for other relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant-respondent perfect the appeal by June 3, 2016 and continue to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 12, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent-appellant may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
